CREDIT - ESTABLISHMENT:
We will consider all requests upon receipt of our credit application
completed in full; to include the signed original, Federal
Tax Identification Number and Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
Middletons Credit Application should be submitted by mail
or fax to the attention of our accounting department. Our
goal is to process all requests for the establishment of
credit within ten days. Meeting this goal is contingent upon
the response time of your references and the difficulty of
researching your credit history. All financial and credit
information acquired by Middletons will be treated with strict
confidentiality.
PAYMENT / TERMS:
Middletons credit terms are 1% - 10/Net 30. Invoices must paid
in full and remitted to:

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: Accounts that exceed thirty (30) days will
be assessed a service charge of one-percent (1%) per month. If
your account exceeds 45 days, Middletons will suspend scheduled
deliveries, discontinue production of orders in process and refuse
all new orders until the account is current.
ORDER INFORMATION:
ORDER PROCESSING: Orders received by 5:00 PM EST, Monday through
Friday (except holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders
received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following
business day. Calculation of production lead- times begins
the day after the order is processed. Orders may be submitted
by way of fax.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS: Middletons will transmit a confirmation
of your order within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive
confirmation within 24 hours of your submission, please call
your Customer Service Representative IMMEDIATELY. It is your
responsibility to review the confirmation to ensure that your
order transmitted properly and that all information is correct.
ORDER CHANGES: There should be no changes to an order once transmitted
to Middletons. Discrepancies discovered from the order confirmation
and reported to Middletons within 24 hours will be corrected
BACK / RUSH ORDERS:
If Middletons fails to ship an order complete, at no fault of
the customer, then it will be Middletons responsibility to
expedite the back-order to the customer. Middletons will ship
the back-order on the next available truck or the best way,
freight prepaid. RUSH ORDERS for products from Middletons will
be available to ship in five working days. All rush orders
will incur a 15% up-charge. Special requests for rush orders
to be expedited in one day will incur an upcharge of 35%.
SHIPPING:
DISCREPANCIES: If the customer discovers a discrepancy between
their receiving paperwork and Middletons shipping ticket, the
customer and Middletons will each research the discrepancy
in question and determine the best course of action for resolution.
FREIGHT: Middletons pricing is F.O.B. the factory. Middletons
reserves the right to ship on the best carrier available if your
selected carrier is not available.
TRANSIT: Claims for damage that occur while in transit should
be made with the carrier. A written report describing the exact
nature of the damage will be necessary. Specific notes on the
bill of lading and photographs showing the condition of the trailer
when opened and the damaged materials will be very helpful to
your claim. Settlement of your claim will be negotiated between
you and the carrier. This process also applies to UPS, FedEx
and LTL shipments. In the event of damage that may be the result
of improper loading, provide Middletons with the required information
COMPLETE as listed above.
LITERATURE & SALES AIDS:
All Middletons Mouldings literature and sales aids for Kitchen
Kompact are available by way of down loads through the Middletons
Mouldings chapter on KK's web site.
WARRANTY / REPLACEMENT PROGRAM:
Middletons warrants its products to the original consumer purchaser
to be free of defects in workmanship and material for one year.
Middletons warranty is to the original consumer purchaser only.
It is the distributor's responsibility to be involved in the
resolution of all consumer complaints or warranty issues. The
consumer should not be directed to contact Middletons for resolution
of their complaint.
CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT:
All information submitted to Middletons Mouldings for the purpose
of establishing credit or for damage claims remains confidential
and is only used for its intended purpose.
